The First World Defense Show (WDS) was held in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on March 06–09, 2022. Over 800 defence companies, including a hundred of local ones, and a number of high-ranking military delegations and officials from foreign countries took part in the event and demonstrated the latest inter-operational solutions in the defence field.
At the group stand of the State Authority for Military Industry, Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant OJSC took this excellent opportunity to get acquainted with the examples of the latest world weapons and to demonstrate a wide range of modern VOLAT equipment being in demand in the Middle East: MZKT-490101 Light Armoured Vehicle, MZKT-741351+999421+837211 Three-Link Tank Transporter, BTR MZKT-690003 and a family of MZKT-500200, MZKT-600103б and MZKT-600203 Tactical Trucks.
At the VOLAT's exhibition stand, our delegation carried out a set of business negotiations and meetings that helped to strengthen the current position of MZKT OJSC in the Middle East market, create prerequisites for the further development of international military and technical cooperation with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and, in addition to that, make new acquaintances that will certainly emerge into new projects.
