Within the international military-technical forum “ARMY 2022” held on August 15–21, 2022, MWTP OJSC demonstrated one of the latest developments, the V2 (8x8) armoured personnel carrier as well as a number of scaled models of the VOLAT motor vehicles being the most demanded by military departments at its stand in the pavilion of the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The exhibit of MWTP OJSC demonstrated at the exhibition aroused an intense interest of numerous guests of the exhibition as well as domestic and foreign media. The General Director and Chief Designer of MWTP OJSC gave the television interviews, in which they talked about the main advantages of the machines and prospects of MWTP OJSC.
During the exhibition, the VOLAT delegation implemented a programme of business negotiations and meetings, which helped to strengthen the existing position of MWTP OJSC in the market, reach agreements on current issues and discuss the prospects of the Company for diversification of the defence industry and create prerequisites for the production of innovative civilian products.
The exhibition stand of MWTP OJSC was visited by high-ranking officials of the non-CIS countries and Union State: Ministers of Defence of Pakistan and Nepal, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D.V. Manturov, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Belarus V.G. Khrenin, State Secretary of the Union State D.F. Mezentsev, Head of the Department of Defence Industry and Military-Technical Cooperation of the Union State I.F. Matrashilo as well as a number of official delegations of the regions interested in cooperation in the military-technical sphere.
The participation of MWTP OJSC in the Forum once made it possible again to combine our efforts and expand cooperation with military-industrial enterprises in the field of creating the products with high export potential as well as to strengthen the interstate ties in the field of defence.
