Results of the State Authority for Military Industry in 2021
On February 4, 2022, the board of the State Authority for Military Industry held a meeting hosted by one of the Authority's enterprises. During the meeting with Dmitry Pantus presiding as the chairman, the activities of Belarusian armourers in 2021 were summed up, along with setting the goals for 2022 that would provide for stable development of the organisations within the State Authority for Military Industry system.

The meeting was attended by State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Volfovich, Deputy Prime Minister Yury Nazarov, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Belarus Lt. Gen. Viktor Khrenin, representatives of interacting republican government bodies, heads of structural subdivisions of the central apparatus of the State Authority for Military Industry, heads of organisations within the State Authority for Military Industry system, and chief engineers and deputy heads of economic organisations.

Following the results of the year, the Authority traditionally arranged an exhibition introducing the samples of weapons and military and special purpose equipment manufactured by the organisations within the State Authority for Military Industry system and organisations of the defence economic sector of the Republic of Belarus. At an open-air stand, VOLAT demonstrated its TOP developments – V-2 and LBA MZKT-490101 – constructed according to all the latest requirements for modern armoured combat vehicles. At the internal stand, MZKT OJSC presented large-scale samples of its equipment: MZKT-550130 Tactical Truck, MZKT-690003 Armoured Personnel Carrier, and MZKT-490101 Light Armoured Vehicle.

During the meeting, the Head of the arms authority noted the merits of those organisations recognised as the best in 2021 and awarded diplomas to their leaders. MZKT OJSC has won the competition in the categories "The Best Industry Organisation Website" and "The Best Development for Export" with its work "Creation and Production Engineering of Three-Link Road Train-Tank Transporter MZKT-741351+999421+837211 with a carrying capacity of 136 tons."

Additionally, during the meeting of the board, the Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry Dmitry Pantus awarded the staff of MZKT OJSC with a Certificate of Appreciation for a significant contribution made in 2021 to the implementation of the development strategy for the defence economic sector aimed at the defence needs of the Republic of Belarus.
