Smena Recreation Facility is nested in the forest area near the Volma River far from the industrial enterprises and noisy highway. The state of this region conforms to all sanitary and ecological standards.

Smena RF was established in 1958. Smena RF was transferred into ownership of MWTP OJSC by Resolution No. 210 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 23.03.2013. For 2018-2021 the building underwent the major repairs with facade insulation, replacement of heating pipes.
The facility's territory is fenced and secured; it is equipped with the video surveillance system.
There are 3 bedroom blocks with barrier-free environment, hot water supply from its own boiler house. There are WCs, wash stands, foot washers, dryers, and showers on each floor. Rooms are designed for 4 persons. There are tables, stools, chairs, and sofas in the lobbies.
There is a playground, sports ground, medical aid post, sauna block with shower rooms, canteen for 200 seats, library, billiard saloon, and ping pong in the territory. The event hall is equipped with hi-tech audio-, video- and lighting equipment. There is a ski lodge with the equipment.
There is an artesian well in the territory of Smena RF.

Berezka Recreation Centre is located on the bank of Osipovichi water basin surrounded by a mixed forest area. Distance from Minsk along Minsk - Gomel route - 97 km. Coordinates: 53.356774, 28.639777.
The territory of the recreation centre is secured.
There are 98 summer houses, a hostel for 20 persons, a canteen for 100 seats, administrative premises, and an artesian well. You can rent boats, pedal boats. There is a barbecue and billiard zone.
Berezka Recreation Centre provides tourist and wellness services, mass sports and cultural events, as well as anniversaries, weddings, special events, conferences etc.

The gym of MWTP OJSC was commissioned in September 2019 after reconstruction of a part of the premises in the building designed for machine and equipment manufacturing at 150/9 Partizansky Ave.
It is used for mass sports and cultural events.

The territory is secured, there is an all-in-one game hall (basketball, volleyball, mini football, tennis, climbing wall), fitness facility, billiard, ping pong.

In summer 2021, Volat Museum and Exhibition Complex was opened; it became the warder of the plant's proud history.
The exhibition complex is located in the plant's territory in Minsk and includes an open area with real equipment samples and a 2-storied museum building.
You can study scale models of almost all machines manufactured during the existence of the enterprise, historical documents, and real models of VOLAT car units at the museum. Multimedia equipment of the museum allows receiving detailed information on the machinery and the enterprise itself.
MWTP Museum is a tribute to the people working at the plant over the years. Today grandsons and great-grandsons of those people who stood at the origin of creation of the legendary machines work here.
Any person can visit the exposition individually as well as part of a group. Tours to VOLAT Museum and Exhibition Complex are free.
How to get on a tour?
It is necessary to file an application in the name of the chief designer from a company or individual stating the desired date, time of the tour, contact details of the head or coordinator of the tour group, number of participants, a brief description of the group (students, labour collective etc.).
It is necessary to agree the date and time of the tour at least 3 working days before the arranged date of the tour.

- Tours are held on business days from 9:00 to 15:00.
- The duration of the tour is 1-1.5 hour.
- Minimum age of visitors - 14 years.
- The number of visitors per group should not exceed 15 persons.
- Children from 14 to 18 years shall be attended by at least two adults.
- The registration of visitors is performed at the guard's check at: 150 Partyzansky Ave., Minsk.
- A tour guide performs the registration. Entry/exit and movement along the territory of the Company is allowed after receipt of one time passes and under supervision of the tour guide (Company's representative).
- Before the tour visitors shall pass a target briefing on labour protection.

Since October 2, 1995, there exists a Foodservice Centre. Though the name has changed several times, currently it is the department of food services, which is a structural unit of MWTP OJSC.
In 2015 canteen ASP-14 underwent the repairs, a new processing equipment was purchased. There is a dining hall for 100 seats.

In August 2019 KEB canteen was opened after the major repairs with new dining halls for 120 seats and VIP for 30 seats. It has a new modern design; the dining halls are equipped with air conditioning and supply and exhaust ventilation.
