On January 31, 2020, under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry Roman Golovchenko based on "Agat – Сontrol Systems" JSC – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding, the board meeting was held, at which the activity results of the State Authority for Military Industry and the organizations in its system for 2019 were sum up, and the tasks to ensure its stable development in 2020 were set. The State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Lieutenant General Andrei Ravkov, the Defence Minister of the Republic of Belarus, the Major General Viktor Khrenin, the representatives of the cooperating republican state administration bodies, the Heads of the structural subdivisions of the central office of the State Authority for Military Industry, the Heads of the organizations included in the system of the State Authority for Military Industry, their Economic Deputies, Chief Engineering Officers, as well as the head in the number of organizations of the defense economy sector participated in the event. The exhibition of the inventions (product specimen) executed (manufactured) by the organizations in 2018-2019 was held as part of the board as well. 19 organizations included in the system of the State Authority for Military Industry represented at their stands innovative system and technical solutions based on advanced information technologies which form the basis of the products created by the organizations in the interests of different economic sectors of the country, defense and safety of citizens: pilot, mock-up and full-scale specimen being introduced or planning to be introduced into the arming (supplies) of the Armed Forces and the divisions of the security Ministries and Agencies, as well as those with export potential. In general more than 160 full-scale and mock-up (scale) specimen of armaments and military and special purpose and double-purpose equipment were exhibited – latest defense technologies and possibilities of the organizations of the State Authority for Military Industry in the field of development and manufacture of fire damage system, including antiaircraft guided weapon and small-caliber air weapons for unmanned aerial vehicles; aerial and land-based robotic centers; small arms; mobility equipment, including wheeled lightly-armored machinery of different complete sets; advanced radiolocation systems and electronic warfare systems, including for effective detection and counteracting use of unmanned aerial vehicles; automated weapon control systems and communications tools; individual armored protection means; optronic equipment and special-purpose systems; special-purpose computers, microsystems and microwave engineering devices; mobile quickly deployed platforms, display devices; equipment set for mobile, robotic and unmanned systems of radiation monitoring and environmental control, as well as possibilities for modernization of air defense facilities of tube, rocket and missile artillery, air-launched air-to-air guided missiles and 122-mm artillery missiles for "Grad" multiple launch rocket system. The presented exhibition of the inventions (product specimen) demonstrates the potential and the possibilities of the enterprises engaged in implementation of complex systems projects according to the directions of weapon system development determined by the Development Program of the State Authority for Military Industry and the defense economy sector for up to 2020. The weapons set on the special VOLAT chassis were exhibited as part of the outdoor exposition by the enterprises included in the system of the State Authority for Military Industry. At the indoor stand, the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant represented the scaled specimen of its machines: MZKT-741351 truck, special corps MZKT-69225, MZKT-7930 "Polonez" and tactical vehicle MZKT-490100-017.
